We are seeking a Home Assistant to provide support in caring for individuals within a home environment. The ideal candidate will assist with daily tasks and ensure the well-being of residents.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively with residents and their families to understand care plans
- Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication reminders
- Drive residents to appointments or outings as required
- Support in maintaining a clean and organised home environment
- Basic IT skills to record information accurately
Experience:
- Previous experience in home care or care homes is desirable
- Proficiency in English language for effective communication
- Valid driving licence for transportation needs

- Education:GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience: Care home: 1 year (preferred), Home care: 1 year (preferred)
- Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (required)
- £12.10 to 14.30 per hour
- £2.00 per hour Bank Holiday enhancement rate
- Full time and part time available
